Once your order arrives into stock we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days.  Please note, we are unable to store furniture for you so if you need to delay delivery please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Our delivery partners will get in touch with you directly to prearrange a delivery date with you.  We ensure that your order is delivered by a two man team who will take the furniture to a room of your choice.

This service will be carried out providing there is adequate access, it is important to take measurements and discuss any access issues with our delivery partners when booking in a date as failed delivery due to inadequate access will incur a restocking fee of £150. 

If you have specific delivery requirements please contact our office to discuss before you place your order.Delivery will usually take place on a weekday, and whilst we do our best to accommodate specific delivery requests, we cannot always guarantee delivery will reach you on a requested date.

*We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, some areas of Scotland, Scottish borders, Carlisle and Cumbria. Orders to Wales, including some of the Welsh border, and the Southwest will incur a delivery charge of £150.

Best Sofa Ever

I took the bullet after trawling through loads of sofa beds and ordered the Bertie in Halcyon Grey soft touch. I was impressed with the knowledge of the company on ringing as we told 8 weeks delivery. I thought the price was reasonable. I am not disappointed. The sofa arrived yesterday, was assembled by the delivery team, they were so helpful. The sofa is so comfy and soft to the touch, and very well made. I highly recommend 🙂
Because we are decorating the bedroom, we have spent the last few nights on our Bertie as a bed. Wow! So comfortable and BIG.. both of us have had great nights
sleep, and it's so easy to make it into a bed. A king-size flat sheet fits really well. The bed is alot firmer than other sofa beds that have stupidly thin mattresses, where you feel everything. I really cannot recommend or praise the Bertie enough. Best decision we've made this year.😊

The whole process from ordering to delivery has been seamless. The sales team were able to answer all my questions and concerns. The delivery team really efficient and friendly.

Love it!

This corner sofa bed was perfect for our family room, however we were concerned about access. On the day of delivery it came in parts, and the delivery team were great to build it all up, and took away all the packaging.
It was more than we were hoping to pay, however it was well worth it!

Bertie - You're more comfortable than my sofa!
