Our delivery partners will get in touch with you directly to prearrange a delivery date with you. We ensure that your order is delivered by a two man team who will take the furniture to a room of your choice.
This service will be carried out providing there is adequate access, it is important to take measurements and discuss any access issues with our delivery partners when booking in a date as failed delivery due to inadequate access will incur a restocking fee of £150.
If you have specific delivery requirements please contact our office to discuss before you place your order.Delivery will usually take place on a weekday, and whilst we do our best to accommodate specific delivery requests, we cannot always guarantee delivery will reach you on a requested date.

Specifically designed for our range of Sofa Beds our fitted sheets are made from 100% natural cotton and a 300 thread count.
Our sheets are Machine Washable (30°C with like colour), dry clean and iron safe (medium heat).

Great communication from the company from ordering right through to delivery, which was quick and hassle-free. The couch itself is great: like other reveiwers have noted, it is probably firmer than your average couch, but I have hip problems and the firmer seat actually makes this much easier to sit on and get up from than a normal couch that will tend to be softer and lower. Generally everyone finds the couch pretty comfortable though and it looks really cosy in the living room. When folded out as a bed, we put a thick mattress topper over the couch to make it a little more comfortable. Though the dimensions make this a king-size bed, it would be much easier to put a superking size fitted sheet over it because of the depth. Folding the bed down was a breeze, but getting the linens on was a little harder because you're not fitting bedding to a normal mattress. Overall though my daughter loved "camping" on this bed for a few days while her room was being made over, and it definitely helps knowing we have somewhere for guests to stay if they come for an overnight stay. Unfortunely we had a flood in our house only a few weeks after this was delivered, but we're ordering exactly the same again as we loved the couch so much.

We are really delighted with the Bertie sofa bed.
A member of our family slept overnight and found it a bit firm and indeed it is a little firmer than we expected to sit on. The four seater is surprisingly very spacious as a bed.
But not disappointed at all, luxurious fabric and smart design, great delivery, helpful team and construction went really well.
